Ceramics - All Levels with James Mitschmyer

With a focus on the wheel and incorporation of hand-built elements, James Mitschmyer will shepherd students, from beginners to veteran potters, to taking their work to the next level.

From Sprig molds, hand-building to perfecting or learning basic wheel-throwing techniques, this class focuses on the individual interests of the participants.

Level: All levels welcome.

Materials Included: 25 lb bag of clay. Glazes and use of shared clay tools.

Available for Purchase: One additional bag of clay per student.

Materials to Bring: apron, cotton hand-towel, clay tools of your choice. Students are encouraged to bring their own favorite clay tools. Instructors can recommend which ones and where to buy as well.
