Make Your Own Findings and Chains with Joy Raskin

Learn to make your own jewelry findings and wire chains. Customize your designs by crafting your own ear wires, clasps, pin backs and simple chains by hand without use of a traditional torch and gas tank. In addition, participants will learn to use cold connections (such as rivets) to connect pieces together without soldering. Joy will teach piercing, sawing, drilling, and other low-tech jewelry techniques designed to allow you to work in metal with no need for a lot of tools.
