Join Nicole as we explore turning fabrics into vibrant t-shirt yarn, suitable for all kinds of chunky knit and crochet projects from rugs to baskets and of course bags. With your newly made yarn, Nicole will guide students through simple finger crochet and working with large scale hooks to create your own beach / market bag ready to take on those summer adventures.
Fabric will be provided from our textiles donations at MAXT, if you have something you would like to include in your piece, bring it along.
