Have some BIG fun on Spring Break! Join Dave, local artist Hannah Banana and MAXT volunteers for this super sized cephalopod themed program. MAXT is working with Children and the Arts to help 'grow' this year's parade of puppets on May 17. As part of the parade we want to showcase the work of our talented younger makers and our creative community at the Makerspace. With help from special effects artist Sally Ray we've designed an octopus of enormous proportions and we need your help to bring it to life!

We'll dive into building a frame, papier mache coating our creature and adding fun details including some 3D printed tools for our friend to hold.
